We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

Contact Form: When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your full name and email address, along with the content of your message. This data is submitted voluntarily by you.

Cookies and Technical Data: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited and time spent on the site. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, subject to your consent preferences.

No Sensitive Data: We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (datos sensibles) as defined under Ley 19.628, including data relating to health, political opinions, religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, or financial situation beyond what is strictly necessary for educational service delivery.

  • Administering and improving our website and its content.
  • Complying with legal obligations applicable to our activities in Chile.
  • Analyzing website usage in aggregate, anonymized form to improve user experience.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose that would constitute investment advice or financial recommendation. Our website is strictly informational and educational in nature.

Under Chilean Law 19.628, personal data may be processed when the data subject has given their consent, when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, or when processing is required by law.

The legal bases on which we rely are:

  • Consent: For the use of non-essential cookies and for any marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent as provided through our cookie preference center.

  • Legal obligation: Where we are required to retain or disclose data by applicable Chilean law.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Chilean law.

Contact form data is retained for a period of up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing relationship has been established that requires continued retention.

Technical and analytics data collected through cookies is retained in accordance with the specific cookie retention periods described in our Cookie Policy. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire according to the durations set out in the Cookie Policy.

Where we are subject to a legal obligation to retain data for a longer period (for example, for tax or accounting purposes under Chilean law), we will retain data for the period required by that obligation.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties.

We may share personal data with the following categories of third parties where necessary:

  • Technology service providers: Including web hosting providers and email service providers who process data on our behalf as data processors. These providers are required to process data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.
